High rates, good customer service and awesome benefits

I swapped to chase as there interest rates were so much better than Lloyds, I now consistently gain good interest each month and my accounts are easy to use and deposit/ withdraw money from. There is a check system to ensure I'm not losing money to scams. The benefits of 1% cashback on almost every purchase in the first year is basically free money and I'm really impressed with the service and value I get from this bank account Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
