Call for upgrade in area of customer service

You offer a great service and initially I rated you 100% Nevertheless your customer service is not as good as it was when I just opened the account. .Currently contacting your help desk seem to be useless. In some instances apart from the initial automated response , there is no actual help offered. Currently am unable to login to my account and have no idea why. Am still awaiting help.
