Happy Customer

I have banked with Chase for about 2 years having been with two of the other main banks for 30 plus years. I was dubious about not having a branch to pop into but I can honestly say they are very accessible. Any queries are dealt with promptly you feel like you are talking to a human rather than other banks with a chat bot. Interest rate increases were slow to follow the market rises I felt but they are better interest rates than my regular “old” bank. I find their online banking site easy to navigate especially as I’m a technophobe. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
