Practical responsive help with online system

I opened up a chase savings account to keep my lump retirement sum until my mortgage renewal came up when I used it to pay off most of my mortgage. The customer service has always been exemplary and when the time came to transfer money this was really important as it felt really scarey transferring such a large amount of money and I realised I didn’t know how to use the app to do so which was really stressful as there was a time pressure too. I called for help and was calmly helped through the whole process which was so helpful and such a relief. I’d say a really responsive and helpful service. A bit like having all the benefits of an old fashioned bank but from your own home! Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
