Chase Bank Impressive resolution service

Intelligent Finance informed me they were closing their bank accounts so I switched to Chase because it is a modern App based product paying good interest rates for savings. I used the automatic bank transfer service but had a few issues with some of the Direct Debits transferring over which Chase sorted and offered compensation - impressed with their openness and willingness to sort it quickly. Certainly not a faceless bank. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
