Chase is the best bank with best customer service

I love using Chase because it has very simple user interface. The rewards from using Chase are great too which are 1% cashback and also 4.1% interest on savings account. I also love that I can create more saving pots to help reach my goal easier. And the most important thing is the 24/7 customer service chat channel. This really makes different from other banks. I can reach out to the staffs very quickly and they are very responsive. I don't need to follow up and they always get back to me and they really go above and beyond to provide the best service. I'd say this really also make my mental health better because I don't need to deal with stress that I can get when using other banks! Reviewed on: 19th February 2024
