Happy Customers

Natwest call handlers and online chat have always been very kind and helpful. I have never come off a call or online chat without feeling more confused. They have empathy, are very knowledgeable and explain everything without the jargon. My son has a rooster account and fells very grown up as it allows him to save in his pots he’s created.
