Can't trust this bank!

On multiple occasions my account was blocked for everyday transactions (supermarket, uber, pub etc) which the bank flagged as suspicious. I raised this with them and they said nothing can be done and this is part of their security measure. When my card was stolen and multiple transactions were made amounting to over £1000, this was not flagged by their security system and they refuse to return stolen funds. Revolut failed to do its due diligence and look into transaction frequency, time, amount, customer spend history and pattern etc to determine the transactions as fraudulent. Further to this, you can only receive support via chat (which isn't great!). Reviewed on: 26th February 2024
