Easy to use and their customer service is fantastic

Monzo is easy to use and their customer service is always helpful. They are always quick to respond which is incredibly important especially when something has gone wrong. They value feedback and actually listen to this and ensure they put measures in place in order to make sure they are continuously updating themselves. Reviewed on: 6th March 2024
