Their support is absolutely abysmal.

Their support is absolutely abysmal. I am a metal customer for the perks and interest on the savings account, however having read stories about scams where they do not help the customer and the money is lost terrifies me and has made me consider moving to a "real" bank, perks or not. Really, their support is probably the worst I've ever encountered, so do hope you won't have any problems with them (you probably will). Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Their customer service is literally the worst - they...

Their customer service is literally the worst - they do not really care about fixing the issue, nor do they have the power to do much, so you're bounced back and forth and they're very keen on getting the ticket closed regardless of whether the issue is fixed or not. If you have no problems, Revolut is cool and has a bunch of things to offer, but unfortunately I've had several different issues (insurance claims, perks not working, my savings account suddenly no longer gathering interest, etc.) and each time it seems like an uphill battle, and there's no compensation offered.
