Frozen my money twice in 5 days

Got my HMRC tax rebate put to this account . Asked me to prove who the payment was from… clearly it was HMRC. Froze my account . Then that was sorted and I tried to transfer money to my partner and they’ve froze it again. Saying SCAM specialists looking into it. Been frozen 4 days now . Had no access money . Custome service is pathetic. It’s like they’re laughing at you . Sending messages back with little emojis . I would never ever reccinmend this bank due to my short experience Reviewed on: 10th March 2024
