Customer service is approachable via 24/7 online chat, and the waiting time is short while the service efficiency is fantastic. Personally love the transfer function which allows unlimited Revolut user to user transfer (and of course also bank to bank). Revolut is also equipped with transfer link available to be sent to whoever hasn't had a Revolut account. People get to pay via other payment method like credit/debit card or Mobile payment. Single-use disposable card is also adding another layer of security to my online shopping. Loving it! Reviewed on: 12th March 2024
