I have used Revolut for the past 5 years now and all the transactions I've made and received have been dealt extremely swiftly. I encountered a problem with a merchant once and I asked Revolut to step in and in less than 48 hours Revolut solved the problem in my favour. The customer service is very reactive when you need it, this is an important advantage compared to other banks. Thank you Revolut and all staff who make our daily life a lot easier. I am extremely happy with the services of Revolut

Revolut sorted 2 disputes out successfully.

On 2 occasions I had to get the help of customer service, once to prevent a fraud on my card and the 2nd time to get my money back from a merchant that hadn¨t sent the items I purchased. It was very successful and the process was very clear and very quick. Big thumb up for Revolut's customer service team. Reviewed on: 10th April 2024

An all-round bank card that delivers

I use Revolut to pay in foreign currencies when I am traveling and it is very easy. I encountered some problems and the customer service dealt with them in an instant which showed the professionalism of this company which I definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 12th March 2024
