Excellent Customer Service Relations

I once had a mix up with Revolut whereby a certain amount of money was supposed to be credited to my account for completing a promotional task. But for some reasons, it wasn't. I then had to raise a ticket with them which resulted to me having a chat with one of their agents, and the issue was resolved instantly. Not only was the right amount of money credited, an apology message of inconvenience was also sent alongside. To me, that's a company who values their customers. Reviewed on: 12th March 2024
