Great App, but Needs Improvement on recurrent debits

My experience has been great, save for the inability to cancel a particular transaction that I had not authorised. There was no medium to recall the transaction, except to block future transactions from the account that deducted my money. There is need to improve, and notify customers on approving recurrent transactions before they are debited. I just lost money over what could have been avoided if the app had a mechanism to stop the transaction from happening. Reviewed on: 4th April 2024
