Excellent products and customer service

I have used Revolut for over 4yrs now for purchases and investments. My experience with them have been great. Recently, I had an issue with a purchase I made with my Revolut card. I never received the item and so I raised a complaint with Revolut. They provisionally refunded my money and chased it up with the merchant. The customer service team kept me informed all the process until it got successful resolved. Reviewed on: 12th March 2024
