We are sorry to hear that our interest rate does not seem to be working for you, and when it comes to overdrafts, these are offered based on eligibility. Just to clarify, interest is calculated daily and paid monthly on the first day of the following month and while you may not be eligible for an overdraft currently, this may change in the future.
