Suboptimal customer service/responsiveness for high val

I made the mistake to use Chase UK as the deposit account to buy my house in central London. As it took them almost one week to wire my deposit funds not only did I risk to loose the purchase but also I had to pay over GBP1,500 penalty fees to the seller. Chase refunded GBP25 after several days of phone and written complaints. Disgraceful. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024
