Useless customer service. Money not safe with Monzo

Useless customer service, you go through all security checks, they admit it is you the rightful owner of the bank account, the moment you mention closing the account instantly they say: 'we don't know who you are'. Appalling service. Wrote to CEO- useless; no support at all for their own customers. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2024
