Monzo is a great bank and from my understanding one...

Monzo is a great bank and from my understanding one of the first all digital banks. The only area for improvement is the customer service. It’s great that it’s all via chat but you can send a message, then wait days for a reply to then be told that they have to pass you to a different team for you then to wait several more days for a reply let alone an answer or the information you need.
