Premium account customer and would recommend 100%

Having been a Monzo customer for numerous years now and more than that, a premium customer, it has been great. They are innovative, easy to use, customer centric, adaptive, user focused and quick to listen to comments via social media which is great. My personal experience when having cards lost/stolen or fraudulent transactions has always been dealt with in a quick and easy manner, no long winded forms and dealt with like a human which is an excellent customer experience for a bank. The experience I have had with a dispute over a supposed refund issued to me that never arrived was not dealt with in as a helpful way and therefore I cannot commit to 5 stars but, 4 stars for sure and would absolutely still recommend.
