Never had a bad experience

I can't say I've had a bad experience since I started using Monzo. I love that the app is so clear, and yet so feature rich at the same time. I also love that it's so easy to open savings pots and see them right there which helps me plan for larger purchases. I don't remember having to contact them for customer services so I can't comment there. The only negative is the new home screen, that is taking some time to get used to and has caused a little bit of confusion with the way things are laid out, but over time the ability to customise what I see is helping with that.
