I absolutely LOVE Monzo.

I absolutely LOVE Monzo. They have revolutionized personal banking by making the entire experience incredibly user friendly and accessible. Their customer service is so personable, impressively responsive and helpful. Monzo makes not only daily banking easy, but also financial management through their offering of a wide range of savings account options, as well as investment accounts and ISAs. They make complex financial terminology accessible to customers like me who do not have a background in finance. It's so easy to start saving, whether for goals via saving pots, long-term saving through locked savings account with high interest rates, or ISAs.
