The one standout experience is for when...

The one standout experience is for when i was travelling central america using the monzo card. I accidentally locked myself out my account but was freaking out as timezones were hugely different and i needed money to pay for my hostel and it was the only card they would take. I expected it to be hours of waiting but within an hour the issue was resolved. cannot stress enough how quick and easy the whole process was. In fact it was so okay that when I locked myself out again (stupidly) i didn't panic the second time !! Ever since then I've raved about Monzo. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024
