Monzo are leaving competitors in the dust

They’re one of the few modern banks. I got married and to change my name with the high street banks I couldn’t do it online. I had to post/go in person and provide every form of ID known to man. with Monzo I shared my docs in the app with CC and boom it was done, 3 days later I had my new cards. I feel they listen to trends, and are always innovating with new ideas AND are super reactive with interest rates. They are leaving the old banks in the dust. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024
