Monzo has made me feel trusting of banks again

Monzo has made me feel trusting of banks and financial institutions again. Having previously banked with older banks, I always had the opinion that they didn't care about me and were ultimately out to get my money. Customer service was poor and they didn't help me to make good financial decisions. Monzo has turned this on its head and I feel like I have the knowledge and tools finally to be financially secure.
