Great bank, friendly and fast customer service and the most user friendly app that i've used in banking. I really like that you get a live picture of your money at the time and you're not waiting to see if there are purchases waiting to come from your account. I like how easy it is so send and recieve money from friends and family. The pots system is brilliant for budgeting! Reviewed on: 11th February 2025

Haven't looked back since moving to Monzo! This has been a total game changer when it comes to managing my money. Visibility like I haven't had before and total visibility and transparency! Couldn't recommend Monzo more. Reviewed on: 4th April 2024
