Great customer service

I have switched my bank to NatWest and it was so quick and easy. I gave 2 Rooster cards for my children and don't need to pay fees now as we all bank under one roof... My 7 year old loves the design of his new card. When my daughter put her pin number in wrong 3 times, customer service resolved the issue within 10 minutes!
