Review of the NatWest, Rooster card:

Switched to Rooster from Go Henry

I previously used Go Henry for my younger sister’s pocket money but as they charges transaction fees and a monthly fee, it was cheaper to switch to Rooster. However since being with them I much prefer it, she has her own bank account anyone can transfer money to and I can top up at any time without a transaction fee. As I’m a Natwest customer it’s free for me but usually it’s £2 a month otherwise which is still very cheap. I love that I can control the card and get updates whenever she spend on it. I wish I could deduct money off the card however as that would make it a lot better for us as sometimes if we use our cards instead of hers it can make things fiddly whejntopping up but other than that it’s great Reviewed on: 5th April 2024
