Not worth the hassle

Very difficult to contact natwest regarding rooster, one of my child wanted to pay for something with her pocket which is on her rooster but card wasnt accepted for some reason so I transferred the money back into my account but its been 4 days and still hasn't showed up nor is it still in her card. Its a good thing I stopped using rooster and started using barclays card Reviewed on: 6th April 2024
