Appalling customer service and cards don't arrive

It has taken more than 2 months and 4 attempts to receive my replacement card, and I have still not received it! Customer services, both on chat and on the phone, is appalling to say the least. When I spoke to them on the phone recently, the guy just hung up when he didn't have an answer to why none of the four cards has been delivered. I will close my account and take my money somewhere else! Reviewed on: 6th April 2024
