Online and by phone customer service is amazing . Trying to adjust details on site/app can be confusing and hard to find. But the over all concept and app is great the kids find it easy to use with features to help support the earn it route. Would be better of there was separate money pots for main account to separate the kids funds Into when needeing to manually remove money from accounts. Reviewed on: 6th April 2024
