I have been with Nat west many yrs and love their responses to what ever I apply for .everything is so straightforward on the app .they let me know when I can afford or be approved for a new card or loan .they call me if I need advice on my savings or changing my account to 1 more suitable. I recommend them for a mortgage also I just helped my son to purchase his own home and he couldn't of done it without Nat west .highly recommend Reviewed on: 6th April 2024
