I love the Rooster card but not Natwest

I love the Rooster card. The app is easy to use and the children often open savings pots within the account. I've never been impressed with the service from Natwest as after my partner died they messed up many times when sorting out the idea they needed for our joint mortgage. They aren't that friendly in branch either. Very old fashioned in branch. The Rooster account is different as I don't need to go into a branch. Reviewed on: 6th April 2024
