Simply the best!

I switched to the NatWest Rooster Money account for my granddaughter from another provider a year ago. Not only was this service account, cheaper annually, but the smoothness and efficiency of the app and the end user experience is second to none.. Not a single issue of concern so far but I have the knowledge and trust that should something occur, not West would 100% sort this out with no fuss. exemplary card a very happy granddaughter and it has been a win-win situation. well done NatWest..
