One of the few customer service teams I’ve dealt with over the years that seem to genuinely care about your experience and how they can help. Very responsive and personable; they even follow up on anything you have contacted them about but maybe didn’t respond to. Fantastic app….easy to use, and it’s free for NatWest customers! Fantastic! Customer service is amazing.

Customer service is amazing. They show genuine concern at making sure you are happy with rooster and seem to go out of their way to follow up on past issues to check all is working as it should Reviewed on: 7th April 2024
