Ok - but not great

My son and daughter have had rooster accounts and cards for a few years now. Unfortunately it hasn’t kept up with technology and they can’t keep their card details in their digital, so they never have them when they need them. This makes it a manual process for me to be constantly moving money from their accounts to mine and vice-versa. The inability to hide ‘pots’ of money is frustrating too - I would like to be able to only show them their available ‘spend’ and not include their savings and give pots - otherwise they want to use them and it’s confusing for them to have different totals to look at. As I said in the title, it’s ok, but it’s not ‘great’ in my experience anyway. Reviewed on: 7th April 2024
