There to help when others are banks are MIA

Have been with Monzo for over 8 years; wherein I've lost my wallet, (almost) been a victim of (attempted) fraud, changed jobs, had a car breakdown - and Monzo has always been there to help me out. I never felt alone, and always had access to my money. When all the other banks couldn't help me out, Monzo did. Reviewed on: 8th April 2024
