I have been with natwest for the last 17 years ...

I have been with natwest for the last 17 years and they have always been brilliant. They are the only bank I will use they are reliable and always very quick to help in sticky situations. I would easily put natwest as the best bank in the UK. A few years back I had a few issues with direct debits, they have always been fantastic at helping me get these resolved quickly. It was so easy to set up my overdraft and even easier to speak to someone to pay it off in full. I've just signed my daughter up to a rooster card which is brilliant to, even better its free for natwest customers. When she's at a age to get a bank account she will definitely be banking with natwest to. Reviewed on: 8th April 2024
