constantly thinking about what's next

I set up Monzo because i was going away abroad. The setup was so easy and because of that and all the good experiences since, I've stayed and now use it as my everyday bank! I'm not sure about customer service because I've never needed to use them... Everything just flows so easily. You can tell that their are people constantly thinking about what's next, what's the next features to add. Very much valued. Reviewed on: 9th April 2024
