2 branches, 2 different scores

I bank at 2 branches so the answer I gave previously is for the average.The branch on Copy Nook in Blackburn - the staff are very rude, they talk like they own the bank and have a really bad attitude. I only go there because I can park outside. I've seen loads of customers kick off with the staff due to their arrogant attitude.. All females in that branch. Now the branch in town centre is the complete opposite. Great service and friendly staff. I only go there If I'm out shopping or going out of my way to complain about the staff at copy Nook.
