great bank with upfront fees.

Suits me is a great bank that you can set up quickly and requires no credit check. However, the customer service and response times do take work in-app. On the phone they are excellent but sometimes there are long waiting times and you don’t always hear back without chasing. Suites me is a great and convenient app.

Suites me is a great and convenient app. There is no credit check and they are fully transparent with fees. The customer service is friendly and helpful. The only issue is sometimes communication with any delays. There is no service check and I’ve had a couple of payments delayed for some reason. Contacting customer services in app is a little difficult. I have messaged twice and never received a response. Saying that I haven’t had much issues. The value is good and calling has better results Reviewed on: 11th April 2024
