Chase customer service is excellent.

Chase customer service is excellent. I had a minor issue with verifying statements and was dreading having to call and wait a long time like previous banks but Chase managed to solve my issue fully within 10mins. Also think the sign up process and savings rates are very good vs competition Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
