I started banking with Starling mainly due to a Florida trip, having found that my own bank, the wife's bank and our business all had charges for using a card overseas, whereas starling don't make any charges and all transactions are at the daily interest rate, hats off to starling, having then received around £5 in interest for having my holiday money in the account for a month (what a pleasant suprise) I decided going forward to pay my company dividend into the starling account and since then I've set up a yearly saver and two kite spaces for my children (8 and 10) although they behave more like 14 and 18! The kite space allows them to have their own money and also let's me see where, when and how much they spend which helps the children to learn to be responsible with their money. all in all it's been a positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend starling to any and all.
