Everything is simple and easy!

Everything is great, easy to understand, easy to use and user experience is superb. The product offering is easy to understand, competitive/best in class and does what I want it to, as a consumer. I work in financial services and think Chase have nailed their entry into the UK market and set a new standard for older, more established incumbents to try and now live up to.
