Review of the Chase Bank, Savings:

A Bank with easy to use and beneficial accounts

I have been using Chase Bank for just over a year and feel they have been a great bank for my needs. Their savings accounts have been very beneficial to myself whilst trying to save for home improvements and a holiday. Their accounts are easy to use and their customer service has been very helpful. I have had to use their customer services a few times and every time they have been very quick to resolve with responding quick, providing informative information and keeping me at ease with my concerns. They also provide investing tips which I find useful. I find their services easy to use and helps me keep track of my outgoings by being able to separate things into different categories, really helps to breakdown where my money is going each month.
