Chase Bank has a Customer Centric approach to business . When I had issues with my account which required specific attention, the team in charge was always available to respond to my queries. At the end , the challenge with my account was resolved with a very good turnaround time . The team collaborated well in ensuring that my needs at the time was met and I left a happy customer. Secondly, I did not have to visit the branch for any reason . All communication was done electronically from the comfort of my home ! I will recommend Chase Bank to friends any time.
