Often make fail tp pay Merchants

Often make mistakes with pending payments in particular you spend months sorting it out, You are also hampered by the fact that they delete records. The Help desk is available quickly ; but just say they are escalating your problem to a specialist team that will come back to you quickly - They never do - When you next call they say we can see a specialist team is working on your problem we will escalate your complaint. ii you write to their complaints department you never get a response.; Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
