Best thing about Zopa is they’re so straightforward to deal with. No fastidious out of date bank nonsense, just down to earth modern candid interactions. Very quick and friendly. Just feels a lot more like a modern banking partner should be. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025

Revolut is be far my favourite banking app/company. So user-friendly, consistently excellent service and the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had with a bank - by about a million miles. Everything is just easy, friendly, no fuss, intuitive and modern. I frequently recommend revolut to friends. It’s just so conducive to how people live, bank and spend nowadays.
