Excellent customer service

Easy to renew my current policy. I had to make a call to talk about some changes that I wanted to make to my policy, the staff were helpful and polite. Couldn't really ask for much more! Reviewed on: 9th August 2024

Competitively priced with excellent customer service

I've had a policy with insure4music for more years than I can remember now. I took the policy out primarily to cover the value of my equipment but the clincher was the addition of PLI, indemnity cover and a range of other benefits. The initial application was easy to complete as is the renewal process. With an ever evolving set up for live and studio gigs the ease with which I can change the policy to reflect the change in value of my equipment has been invaluable. And to top it all off the service is exceptional. Payment of the policy is easy to set up and the documentation is delivered promptly to by email. All in all it's a big thumbs up to insure4music! I'm covered... and happy!

I've got more than enough cover for my equipment, be it stored or transported as well as for use in venues. PLI and indemnity insurance are also included. It was easy to apply and obtain a quote, and equally easy to pay. Paperwork was sent instantly for review. A good value and professional service provided. Reviewed on: 10th August 2019

Easy to deal with at a reasonable price!

So I got a few quotes from a few different providers and settled on Insure4music for a few different reasons. From the start it was an easy process. I initially thought it was too simple when filling in the form for a quote but when I realised that they would cover all my music gear up to a limit, (if i remeber correctly 15k), but without having to specify what the gear was I let out a sigh of relief. Bring one of those people that changes guitar, amp and effects on a regular basis I was happy that my revolving door of gear wouldn't necessitate constant updates of my insurance schedule. That said, it was easy to list a few specific high value items that would be incredibly hard to replace! The price was competitive, not the cheapest of my quotes, but with the best cover to cost ratio. Renewal was also quick and easy. I'd be happy to recommend Insure4music, keep up the good work guys. Top service with least hassle

Booked online which was easy and fuss free. One thing that I dreaded was having to itemise a lot of different equipment that I use on a regular basis but the terms of the insurance are such that this was not necessary, which was a relief. I had the option to pay in instalments or in a lump sum which was welcome, I opted to pay lump sum. All the documentation was mailed out to me straight away and in pdf format giving me easy access even if I'm working at a gig. I haven't had to claim and hopefully never will but I am confident that in the worst case scenario, insure4music will deal with it in an efficient and professional manner. 10/10 Reviewed on: 7th September 2018
